About Valyr

Valyr is a veteran-owned, family-run software development company founded in Pittsburgh in 2019. It works through three programs: Renovate for modernizing legacy software, Build for new custom software, and Maintain for ongoing maintenance and support. Every engagement begins with a fixed-price discovery phase, either a system audit of existing software or a strategy blueprint for a new build.

CEO Gabriel Albanes, a Marine Corps veteran, runs the company with COO Melissa Albanes, and the team is US-based and does not offshore or subcontract work. Its Pittsburgh office is in Moon Township and it has a second location in Jacksonville, Florida. Valyr is SDVOSB and MBE certified.
